(£150.00 per conveyance transaction referred), Kew Law Solicitors (£100.00 per conveyance transaction referred) Haywood Moon Solicitors (£100.00 per conveyance transaction referred) Bates Wells & Braithwaite Solicitors (£100.00 per conveyance transaction referred) MS Surveys (10% of monthly survey referrals carried out) and Mortgage Central (£250.00 per successful mortgage completed). Landmark information group referrals fees paid for completed money laundering checks for purchasers. £15.00 single AML check, £20.00 for two or AML checks.
